Check your "NC Follow Up" box and make needed calls. Send Tasks to Brenda with feedback.

WAITING LIST
Call people from "Waiting List/reserved" spots or those who are already scheduled and see if they want to move up.

MAX CALL
Make calls to "FC - Call" list 2-Normal priority (make all calls today's date and older.)

HIGH PRIORITY
Check "FC - Call" list with "Call priority level" set to 1-High one more time to see if there are any new people added to the list who need a return call today

TASKS
Refresh Tasks to see if there are any new ones for today.

EMAIL & PHONE
Check your email Inbox & Spam and PHONE folders one more time. Please handle anything you know how to handle.

FILL APPOINTMENTS
If there are cancellations/available appointments, have all resources been exhausted today to try and fill these spots?

  • Waiting list
  • Call/email/text High Priority prospects
