The personal trainers at New Wave Fitness offer home-based fitness training programs, which mean huge savings on gym memberships over time.

Supported by your personal trainer, you will be able to exercise in the privacy of your own home, at a time that is convenient for you. We work around your busy schedule, making it easier for you to commit to your workouts, thereby improving your fitness.


The benefits of working with your very own home personal trainer are many. We come to you at any time, whether it be your home, office or fitness center, from 6:00 a.m. in the early morning right through to 9:00 p.m., without the distractions associated with the typical gym atmosphere. You won’t need to drive to and from the gym. Your based in-home personal will be focused entirely on you in the relaxed atmosphere of your own home, resulting in no self-conscious feelings or nervousness. Our in-home Personal Trainers will advise you on the types of equipment you will need according to your space, budget and goals. Your training can easily be conducted with minimal equipment, using a range of exercises which will use your body weight as resistance instead of weights.

You can expect the following from our proven 5-step approach:

1. We will help you define and set realistic goals, and estimate how long it will take to reach your target.

2. We will evaluate your current fitness level so we have a baseline from which to progress.

3. We will prepare your training program.

4. We will implement the program, teaching you the components and overcoming obstacles through teamwork.

5. We will re-evaluate your progress and adapt your program as necessary.

Your investment in our program ranges from 2–4 sessions per week for 12, 24, 36 or 48 weeks, depending on your goals, motivation and budget. Working with Personal Trainers, who all hold degrees in Kinesiology, the study of movement, as well as National Certificates in Strength and Conditioning from the American College of Sports Medicine, you can be assured of the safest and best in-home personal training from New Wave Fitness professionals.
