Please check the PHONE folder for messages & voicemail.
(Mon/Wed/Fri) Check calendar and call people who have upcoming appointments.
Make calls to "FC - Call" list with "Call priority level" set to 1-High for today's date or older.
Check notes for everyone on "FC - Reschedule" list & call if needed. If no call is needed, move Opportunity to next call date.
Complete all Tasks on Dashboard (Today/Past Due).
NEW CLIENT FOLLOW-UP
Check your "NC Follow Up" box and make needed calls. Send Tasks to Brenda with feedback.
Call people from "Waiting List/reserved" spots or those who are already scheduled and see if they want to move up.
Make calls to "FC - Call" list 2-Normal priority (make all calls today's date and older.)
Check "FC - Call" list with "Call priority level" set to 1-High one more time to see if there are any new people added to the list who need a return call today
Refresh Tasks to see if there are any new ones for today.
