New Wave Fitness
[I'm] in the process of traveling a lot this Summer. I appreciate [my trainer's] schedule and being able to change days here and there and he's been very reliable. I'm starting to notice a change, and this is good. Slowly but surely without injury!

Joining New Wave Fitness has been one of the most important decisions I've made in my life. I am not a person who particularly likes to exercise and never have been. I have been a member of many gyms throughout the years and I hired numerous personal trainers along the way. I would lose interest quickly and the motivation gradually decreased with time. I would always quit after a few weeks.
Since joining New Wave Fitness 2 months ago, I can honestly say that this is the best investment I have ever made. I was reluctant to commit for one year because I know my history of giving up. I am working hard on changing my way of thinking about exercise and I'm constantly reminding myself of why this is so important!!!! There are days when I feel like calling and canceling for no reason other that I am just not in the mood to exercise. That was then!
This could not be at all possible without the amazing trainer you assigned to me. David is fantastic! He is knowledgeable, patient, caring, encouraging, dependable, flexible and most of all, shows up on time.This is very important to me because my time is as valuable as his is. I find myself working hard each and every time and doing a little more that is expected of me. That's a first!
David pushes me and motivates me! He inspires me to work hard and push myself a little bit more each time. We are doing everything like it should be like stretching before and after. He changes up the exercises. I had to cancel one day because I was not feeling well and instead of skipping it, I immediately rescheduled it. I felt guilty for canceling. That's a first! Who knew I had a complete gym in my home with just basic weights, straps, walls and stability ball! He is very creative!
Thank you to Fitness Headquarters for introducing me to your company and a huge thank you to you for running such a professional company with integrity, high standards and exceptionally well trained and dedicated trainers and office staff!
Looking forward to continuing my journey to better health with New Wave Fitness and I am curious to see where I'll be a few months down the road! Maybe I'll be using 20 lb weights instead of 5, 8, 10 and 12. That will most definitely be a first! I can do it!!!!!!!

Thank you so much for the help you and your team have provided me. As you may remember I had two goals: to learn how to use my new equipment and to get in better shape for my extended baseball trip. You were successful in helping me attain both goals. My baseball trip was a particular success as I was able to play at a high level for 50 games over a 7-week period in Arizona and Florida. I was still stealing bases in the last game. This was only possible because of the shape I was in going into the tour. I can’t say enough about how well Cameron has done. He has the right balance of pushing me and encouraging me. He is personal but stays on program. He varies the program to keep up my interest.

After a month of working out following New Wave Fitness recommendations, we have both reached the weight goal our doctor recommended and have also gained more daily energy, flexibility, strength and physical confidence. The support system of New Wave Fitness is also superb. They provide a binder which includes simple charts and checklists to track progress in diet, cardio and strength work-outs. We receive regular emails with encouraging quotations and information and there is an informative monthly newsletter. When Hut first visited us, he said, "You will be able to move again like an eighteen year old." We have already made progress towards that being true! We highly recommend New Wave Fitness to anyone who is serious about improving their overall health.

[We] are very pleased with the program. Here is what we like: 1. Our trainer is very positive and motivating. Jason is a joy to work with. 2. The meal plan is re-shaping our eating habits. We love that the meals are practical and easy to prepare. We also like how the leftovers take care of tomorrow's lunch. 3. The exercise program is challenging but not impossible. We're seeing results which is awesome!

I love this program. It is the only thing that has worked for me in the past 5 years!! [My trainer] works me very hard every Wednesday (ugh) but it is worth it! [He] is very helpful as far as the dieting is concerned and is always very encouraging and supportive. Nutrition is going great. I am getting in all my meals, they fill me up, so I am not hungry which makes this very easy to do. The recipes that you gave me are very good also. Workouts with [my trainer] are going good also. He is great, and I look forward to my workouts. I am walking at home on the off days, and he and I discussed adding a run for a min in there to get my heartrate up, so that is what I will begin doing tonight. Very happy with the program, I have lost 6 lbs, and can tell the difference in my clothes already.

I have begun to take my supplements daily (morning & night), eating the foods you supplied in the book, and training on my own. I think a switch turned on when [my trainer] stated, "If you just do the workout and not the nutrition and supplements, you will just be wasting your time." I made the decision at that point in time to implement everything in New Wave's program. Thank you all for not giving up on me.
